David Stokes has 25 years’ experience working in a wide range of industries and a number of roles, particularly Project Management, Product Development and Business Process Transformation, scaling fast-growing organisations.
His pragmatic and systematic approach seeks to find the simple, repeatable and scalable way of working that suits the type of company, industry and the initial state of maturity and continues to evolve as the company matures. This starts by gaining an understanding of the business and current issues and through developing processes, implementing systems to support those process and building internal capability. This takes the organisation on a continuous improvement journey along which benefits can be realised, and once established, will continue improving without external involvement.
David Stokes has extensive experience working with a number of successful New Zealand companies, implementing Innovation processes and systems to be leaders in their industries.
Technology Systems is a Rapid Learning Cycles Certified® Advisor and works closely with Katherine Radeka to support companies in New Zealand and Australia with the Rapid Learning Cycles framework.
